Below is a list of state dental societies collecting funds to support dentists impacted in their states.
How You Can Help
California:
The California Dental Association Foundation has a fund dedicated to those impacted by the wildfires in Southern California.
To donate:
- Specify the amount of your donation.
- Select the frequency of your donation (one-time).
- Choose “Southern California Wildfire Relief Fund” from the drop-down menu.
- Fill in the remaining fields and select “continue” to proceed with payment.
Volume-related delays are impacting page load times. If you experience a delay, try refreshing the page. Once you submit payment, do not close the window until you see a payment confirmation message which will include a link to your payment receipt. An email receipt will be sent within two business days.
Resources for impacted dentists
The California Dental Association’s (CDA) Wildfire Response and Recovery Resources website is a curated list of resources and information that will be updated as more resources become available.
CDA Foundation’s Wellness Program is a resource for dentists who are struggling. The program is a no-cost, confidential source of support for dental professionals who are experiencing stress, anxiety or depression related to these events or other challenges.
