ADA is thrilled to introduce the new People's Choice Exhibitor Awards at SmileCon® 2024! This exciting program gives exhibitors a chance to be recognized in various award categories and SmileCon attendees the opportunity to celebrate excellence among our exhibitors. Categories include Best Interactive Experience, Friendliest Staff, Best Giveaway and Best Overall Design. Winners in these categories will be rewarded with fabulous prizes and onsite publicity.
Voting opens when Dental Central opens on Thursday, Oct. 17, and closes on Friday, Oct. 18 at 5 p.m. CT. Here’s your chance to win the hearts of attendees and make a memorable impact on their experiences.
Award categories:
Best Interactive Experience — Be experiential! The prize for this category will go to a booth that creates the most engaging, innovative and interactive experience, encouraging active participation and providing a memorable and impactful experience that stands out above the rest.
Friendliest Staff — It wouldn’t be SmileCon without SMILES! This category recognizes a cheerful sales team that exemplifies exceptional friendliness, approachability and customer service. The award-winning team will be one that goes above and beyond to create a welcoming and positive environment for attendees, fostering meaningful interactions with warmth and professionalism.
Best Giveaway — Everyone loves swag! This award recognizes the exhibitor who offers the most attractive, creative and impactful giveaway in Dental Central. It’s a tip of the hat to exhibitors who successfully leverage giveaways to amplify their brand presence, attract attendees and leave a lasting positive impression on them.
Best Overall Design — Make a splash with your booth! This category honors a booth design that excels in creativity, aesthetics, functionality and brand representation that attracts and captivates attendees while effectively conveying the exhibitor's message and values.
Who can vote?
All SmileCon attendees can vote for the awards. Through pre-show communications and the mobile app, attendees will be encouraged to visit exhibitors and vote for their favorites. Voting begins Thursday, Oct. 17 when Dental Central opens, and ends on Friday, Oct. 18 at 5 p.m. CT.
Votes will be collected via the ADA Events mobile app. Winners in each category will be announced Saturday at 9:30 a.m. CT.

Rules and regulations:
The following rules apply to all SmileCon 2024 exhibitors and attendees:
- All registered SmileCon exhibitors in good standing and with a kiosk or booth in Dental Central are eligible to participate in the People’s Choice Exhibitor Awards.
- Each attendee can only vote once for an exhibitor in each category.
(An exhibitor is defined as an individual or company with a kiosk or booth in Dental Central. Excluded are any ADA-sponsored Hubs or areas [ADA Hub, Dental Team Hub, Innovation Hub, Podcast & Influencer Hub, Social Impact Hub, Industry Hub, Future Meetings Booth and Smile Lounges].)
SmileCon and the ADA:
