Fifth Annual National Give Kids A Smile® Event Provides Free Dental Services to over 750,000 Children on Feb. 2

CHICAGO, January 30, 2007—More than 750,000 children from across the country will receive free dental services on Feb. 2 as part of the American Dental Association's (ADA) fifth annual Give Kids A Smile program.

Designed to focus national attention on the untreated oral disease among disadvantaged children, Give Kids A Smile is an annual one-day event that provides free educational and preventive and restorative services to children from low-income families. This year, over 51,000 dental professionals will volunteer their time to see children at more than 2,150 sites throughout the nation.
