I don’t remember my password; what should I do?

Please select “New Visitor/Forgot Password” on the login form and fill in the required fields.  You will need to know your Member ID, last name, and Dental School Graduation Year.  You will then be able to reset your password.

The password reset form says my information is incorrect; how can I correct this information?

Please contact the Member Service Center; they will be able to correct your information in our records and help you with any Member ID problems.

What are the limits on password creation?

There are no limits on password creation.  You may change your password as often as you like.  Passwords can be any length.

Will this form log me into my account on ADACatalog.org?

No; your login for the ADA catalog may be different than your login for ADA.org.

Why does some information on ADA.org require me to log in?

Some information on ADA.org exists as a member benefit only; this information requires our members to log in.  If you would like more specific information, please contact the Member Service Center, who can put you in touch with the correct department in the ADA.

What is Image Verification ( CAPTCHA )?

An image verification test, also known as a "captcha," can help protect a Web site from intrusion by automated software programs by requiring visitors who are submitting information to the site to enter a verification code that can generally be read only by humans.
