Award-winning Brazilian dentists set to present research at annual session

Two award-winning Brazilian dentists will present a combined continuing education course on Sunday at the ADA annual session.
Drs. Reinaldo Dias and Ricardo Reis will
present the free course, Maxillofacial Prosthessis: Development of New Techniques in the
Facial Rehabilitation (Course 8314) on Sunday from 8-10:30 a.m. at the Hawaii Convention Center.
The speakers are the winners of the annual scientific contest at the Congresso Internacional de Odontologia de São Paulo in São Paulo, Brazil. Hundreds of applicants from across Brazil competed in the CIOSP scientific competition.
Participants will learn how to fabricate ocular prosthesis applying digital techniques to evaluate symmetry, follow up on patients with ocular prosthesis and assess the symmetry of facial prosthesis sculpture.
This course is sponsored by the ADA and the São Paulo Dental Association, and facilitated by the ADA Division of Global Affairs.
