Exhibitor Block Housing and Meeting Space Request

If you are interested in reserving 20 or more sleeping rooms on peak night or holding a function at one of the official ADA exhibitor hotels, please contact Katie Finnegan, Meetings & Housing Manager, at 312-440-2580 or mtghousingrequest@ada.org.

Exhibitor registration and housing is now open.  All confirmed exhibitors will receive a Web site login and password from Experient on April 16 to access the registration and housing sites.  This information will be sent to the main exhibit contact and will work for both sites.

Key Deadlines

• November 15, 2007: Deposit payment deadline for 2008 Booth space assigned at 2007 space draw.
• Week of November 26, 2007: Online Housing Block and Meeting Space Request Form available.
• January 11, 2008: Online request submissions due to ADA
• Week of February 25, 2008: Hotel assignments confirmed via e-mail to main exhibit contact.
• April 16, 2008: Attendee and Exhibitor Housing/Registration Opens (Web site login and password emailed to main exhibit contact on this date).
• June 27, 2008: Deposits due for all block reservations (non-refundable after June 27)
• July 25, 2008: Rooming lists due for all block reservations
