Note: there are two separate hotel reservation options—one for individual exhibitor reservations and one for exhibiting companies that have previously reserved a block of 20 or more sleeping rooms on a single night.
Individual Hotel Reservations
Book individual exhibitor hotel reservations for the ADA Annual Session.
Exhibitor housing is reserved for confirmed 2008 exhibitors and a User ID and password is required to book indiviudal hotel reservations. Note, login information will be sent via e-mail to the main exhibitor contact. If you are an ADA exhibitor and have not received login information from Experient, please contact Mary Smith at adaexh@Experient-inc.com.

Block Hotel Reservations
Add Reservations Online at the ADA Annual Session.
If you prefer to submit your rooming list by fax or e-mail, please send to adaexh@experient-inc.com or fax to the attention of Mary Smith at 847–940–2326.
To request additional rooms to an existing room block, please submit in writing to adaexh@experient-inc.com or via fax to 847–940–2326.
If your company needs 20 or more sleeping rooms on a single night and you have not yet reserved your housing block please contact Katie Finnegan at mtghousingrequest@ada.org.

Exhibitor Badge Registration
Exhibitor Badge Registration is now open. Note, login information will be sent via email to the main exhibitor contact. If you are an ADA exhibitor and have not received login information from Experient, please contact Mary Ellen Dearhammer at adaexh@Experient-inc.com.
Register online, or use the appropriate paper form to complete your registration. Use the Special Events form to order tickets to the ADA's Rockin' Rodeo and Barbecue (Friday, Oct. 17) or the ADA Presidential Gala (Monday, Oct. 20).

Special Event Ticket Form
Plan a unique, turnkey client or staff outing at the ADA's Rockin' Rodeo and Barbecue! The all-inclusive price of $65 ($30 for children under 12) includes transportation to and from ADA official hotels; a real competitive rodeo; rodeo fare and dessert; beer, wine and soda; and a live concert.
