Exhibitor Promotional Opportunity : Satellite Symposia

Cost: $13,500 (Presenting companies may offer two (2) Satellite Symposia, each lasting 1 hour, 45 minutes. You may offer the same course twice, or you may offer two different courses.)

Don't miss your chance to offer Annual Session attendees a valuable educational course about your company's products or latest research!
Annual Session attendees appreciate the opportunity to learn about advances in dentistry directly from the companies that created them. The 2008 Satellite Symposia will be promoted to Annual Session attendees as part of the Annual Session's full range of continuing education opportunities, including printed materials and the searchable course database. Attendees are able to register for your Satellite Symposia through the ADAs registration system, just like any other course.
Deadline: In order to take advantage of the full range of the ADA's promotional opportunities, your Satellite Symposia contract must be signed by Thursday, January 31. Satellite Symposia Courses are promoted along with the ADA's Continuing Education options, beginning with the Preliminary Program which will mail in April, 2008 (Estimated quantity: 70,000 copies).
Satellite Symposia will also be listed in the special inserts in ADA News and JADA; and will be listed on the ADA's online continuing education search system allowing attendees to access them just like any other course offered. Satellite Symposia with contracts signed later than January 31, 2008 will be included in Annual Session materials as is possible, based on the ADAs promotional lead times.
