Below you will find the information you need to book your presence in the ADA World Marketplace exhibition at ADA08 Annual Session in San Antonio. We hope you are as excited as we are about this great event.

Everything you need to know about ADA08 San Antonio is outlined in the World Marketplace Exhibit Prospectus. The Prospectus is only available online in .pdf format. We encourage all exhibitors to print out and review the Prospectus in its entirety before completing the application process.

Application (U.S. and Canadian Exhibitors)
See below for the application to exhibit at the 2008 ADA World Marketplace. Please note that you must read the Prospectus | PDF file/1.6MB before completing the Application. A list of significant dates is included within the Application form.

Sample Certificate Of Insurance
Each exhibiting company must include a Certificate of Insurance with their application. A sample of this important document is below.

NOTE: During the 2007 Annual Session, approximately 300 companies selected their booth space for the 2008 Annual Session in San Antonio in priority point order. The current floor plan reflects the booth space selection of these companies. If your company did not participate in the Space Draw process during ADA07 and you wish to be considered for booth space in the first round, your company must complete the booth application online, AND submit the signed application by mail to be received on or before January 22, 2008, including a $1,000.00 deposit per 10’ x 10’ space rented. All first-round applications that have fully satisfied the ADA exhibiting guidelines will be assigned in priority point order. DON’T FORGET! You must print, sign and mail your application and payment to be received on or before January 22, 2008, in order to be considered for booth space in the first-round assignment!
The 300 exhibitors with the highest priority points who exhibit at ADA08 San Antonio will automatically be invited to participate in the advance space draw for ADA09 Honolulu. Appointments will be mailed to these exhibiting companies in August or September, 2008. The appointments will be arranged to correspond with each exhibiting company’s priority point level.
