Important Dates and Deadlines
Friday, Sept. 12, 5pm Central Time – Deadline for advance registration savings. After Sept. 12, registration and CE course fees increase, and you must pick up your badge and tickets on-site. See page 119 of the Preliminary Program (linked below) for details on registration fees, and pages 37-88 for CE course pricing.
Friday, Sept. 26, 5pm Central Time – Deadline to reserve housing in the ADA Official Hotel block. Refer to Housing Policies section for further information.
Friday, Oct. 10, 5pm Central Time – Deadline to register and order CE course tickets online. After this date, register on-site in San Antonio.

If you wish to have CE course handout materials to reference during a course, please be sure to download them in advance and bring them with you. These materials will not be distributed on-site. Attendees will instead be provided with a course outline and a page for taking notes.

Official Hotel Information
Online Housing will be closed as of 5PM CST on Friday, September 26. If you have made reservations through the ADA for accomodations in San Antonio and need to make changes please contact the hotel directly starting on October 6.
Extended evening shuttle service: The ADA is now offering extended evening shuttle service on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, Oct. 15-18. The last shuttle will depart the convention center at 9:30pm with service to all surrounding area hotels, identified as such on the ADA Official Hotels Map and in the ADA's online registration system.

Registration Policies
Confirmations
An acknowledgement of registration/housing will be sent via contact information provided, immediately after processing.
A confirmation of registration/housing will be sent via information provided, within 72 hours of processing.
Please allow 5-7 days if requesting acknowledgement or confirmation by U.S. Mail.
Badge and Registration Materials
If you register by the Friday, Sept. 12, 2008 deadline, your badge and registration materials will be mailed to the address provided (materials cannot be mailed to P.O. boxes). Each primary registration will receive an envelope containing his/her badge and tickets, and the badges and tickets for any friends and family that are registered.
If you register after Friday, Sept. 12, 2008, your registration will be processed at the increased registration fee. You will receive a confirmation, but you must pick up your badge and other materials at the on-site registration area (please bring your confirmation and photo ID).
International registrants must pick up their badges and tickets at the International Registration Counter located in the on-site registration area. Please present your registration confirmation and photo ID.
Cancellations, Refunds and Changes
Registration, course ticket, and event ticket cancellations must be received in writing to Experient by 5:00pm Central Time on Friday, Sept. 12, 2008.
Cancellations received by this date will receive a full refund less a $10 processing fee per cancellation. No refunds or exchanges will be made for cancellations received by Experient after Sept. 12, 2008, for any reason. Please allow 60 days for refund processing. After the Annual Session, request for special consideration of registration refunds must be submitted to the ADA no later than Dec. 1, 2008. Refunds will not be issued after December 1, 2008.

Housing Policies
Hotel Deposits
The deadline to reserve housing at an ADA Official Hotel is 5pm CST Friday, September 26. If you need to make changes to your reservation after this date please contact your hotel directly starting on October 6.
Hotel Cancellations
Cancellations must be received in writing to Experient by 5pm Central Time on Tuesday, Sept. 30, 2008 for a full refund of the hotel deposit. Please allow 60 days for refund processing.
Failure to check in to your hotel on the confirmed date of arrival will result in the forfeiture of the entire room deposit. After Tuesday, Sept. 30, 2008, any changes to hotel reservations must be made directly with the hotel. Refunds will not be issued after Sept. 30, 2008.
