The ADA’s One Source - Experient

Visit the ADA's One Source for registration, housing and travel accommodations. Benefits include:

  • Early registration to begin your Hawaiian adventure
  • Customize your travel itinerary, including assistance with inter-island planning
  • Access to guaranteed lowest room rates in Honolulu at more than 40 official ADA hotels in addition to the major outer islands. The ADA's One Source can provide members with access to the best airline discounts and professionals who will notify you if fares drop and monitor schedule changes and seating.

You can also complete the special travel request form when you register and make your hotel reservations at ADA.org/goto/session. Should you wish to submit a form later, please download the hard copy form below and fax it to the number provided. Attendees may also return to the online travel form by using your registration ID and last name as a login.

Housing

Great discounted ADA hotel rates are available not only in Honolulu and the Waikiki area, but also elsewhere on O’ahu and on the islands of Hawai’i (“the Big Island”), Kaua’i and Maui. You must be registered for the Annual Session in order to reserve housing.

Air Travel

American Airlines

For online reservations on American and American Eagle Airlines go to www.aa.com and receive a five percent discount. Use the authorization number A8899AF as the aa.com promotion code.

There’s no ticketing fee at aa.com! You may also call American’s Meeting Services at (800) 433-1790 and refer to meeting code A8899AF to receive a 5 percent discount off of American’s lowest available fares including first class. American’s discounted fares apply to travel on American, American Eagle, American Airlines codeshare and all oneworld alliance flights.

More expensive meeting zone fares are also available and are refundable less an administrative service charge. Fares are valid for travel September 22—October 11, 2009. For reservations outside of the United States, please call your local American Airlines or oneworld alliance reservation office. A small ticketing fee applies when calling American Airlines.

Continental Airlines

You may book online at www.continental.com and enter the special meeting code offer ZFGHC420Q4 in the Offer Code box when searching for your flights. If booking through a travel professional or the Continental MeetingWorks desk at 800-468-7022, please give the agent the following information: Agreement Code: C420Q4 / Z Code: ZFGH.

Valid travel dates will be September 23—October 13, 2009. Outside of the United States, please call your local Continental Airlines Reservation Office. Delta Air Lines

Delta Air Lines is offering a 5 percent discount in several economy categories, and a 10 percent discount for first-class fares is available. This discount is off of Delta’s higher-tiered economy fares and you may find lower non-refundable fares available at www.delta.com.

You can also call Delta’s Association Desk at 1-800-455-2720 between the hours of 9am – 5:30pm EST (Mon-Fri). Reference number: DP29. A small booking fee applies.

Delta is also offering flexible meeting fares that offer as much as a 60 percent off Delta’s Y06/Y06C/Y06S fare types.  Reservations for these fares can be made by calling Experient at 1-800-974-2925 or by calling Delta’s Association Desk at 1-800-455-2720. Hawaiian Airlines

Hawaiian Airlines offers service from fourteen West Coast cities to Honolulu and beyond. Hawaiian is also the oldest and largest carrier providing inter-island travel services. Hawaiian is offering a 5 percent discount between the mainland and Hawaii. This discount is for travel to Honolulu throughout 2009!

For your inter-island travel Hawaiian is offering a 5 percent discount off round-trip or one-way fares for both coach and first class. Applicable cities are Honolulu, Kahului, Lihue, Hilo and Kona. Inter-island discounts are valid for travel September 23 through October 13, 2009.

Travel reservations made online receive an additional benefit of checking up to two pieces of normal size baggage free of charge!  Utilizing the online web check-in or airport kiosk will automatically identify your ADA reservation.  If you are checking-in with  Hawaiian Airlines Customer Service personnel, please identify yourself as a Preferred Affiliate account to ensure you receive your check-in baggage waiver!  Make your online reservations today by going to Hawaiian Airlines.

Northwest Airlines

For online reservations go to www.nwa.com and enter your special meeting WorldFile number NM2Z6. After entering your reservation information click more airfare search options, E-Cert, Yes, WorldFile #, NM2Z6. Fares are valid for travel Sept. 23, 2009 through Oct. 13, 2009. You can also contact Northwest meeting reservations at 800-328-1111 Monday through Friday 7am-7:30pm Central Time.

United Airlines

Special meeting fare discounts are available exclusively through Experient for the 150th Annual Session. Save 2-10 percent off applicable published fares for qualifying travel originating in the U.S. and Canada. You may also qualify for an additional discount if tickets are purchased 30 days or more in advance.

International attendees from Europe, Asia, Latin America and Australia may also enjoy international discounts. U.S. point of sale only. Terms and conditions apply. Valid travel dates on United are Sept. 23 through Oct. 13, 2009. Travel reservations for the exclusive United discounts can be made by calling 1-800-974-2925 (toll-free, U.S. only) or 1-847-996-5876. A small ticketing fee applies.

Transportation Between the Airport and Waikiki

Airport Shuttle: Transportation to any hotel in Waikiki is provided by MC&A. Services include lei greetings and round-trip transportation (including private transportation) to and from both the Waikiki and Kahala areas. Call toll free 877-589-5589 (or local 808-589-5589) 8am-5pm M-F Hawaii Standard Time at least 48 hours in advance of travel.  Rates begin at $18 round-trip per person.  Reservations can also be made online.

Taxi Service: The fare from the airport to the Waikiki area during non-rush hours is approximately $35-40. Traffic can be heavy during morning and evening rush hours.

“TheBUS” Public Transportation: Several routes run approximately every 30 minutes to the Waikiki area from the Honolulu International Airport. Some luggage restrictions apply. Call 808-848-5555 for routes and information or go to http://www.thebus.org/.

Hertz Car Rental

Enjoy the wonderful weather and scenery as you drive around the islands in a Hertz rental car! Special car rental rates for the ADA are available through Hertz.

For complete information and reservations, call Hertz, Experient or your personal travel agent. Discounts apply to rentals to all Hertz Hawaiian locations with the exception of Kona. Tours

Discover the many exciting tours available in the Hawaiian Islands. From snorkeling with the Pacific's exotic marine life to dining over picture-perfect sunsets, the islands offer a rich variety of activities perfect for everyone. Space is limited for each activity, so be sure to register early. The tour pre-registration deadline is Friday, September 18, 2009. Tour tickets will also be sold (based on availability) on site at the Hawaii Convention Center.

Tours reservations may be made online, by mail or by fax. 

Tour Cancellation/Refund Policy: THE ORIGINAL VOUCHER MUST BE RECEIVED BY MC&A TO ISSUE A REFUND. There will be no refunds or cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to activity.  Once the tour begins, no refund can be given.  Please allow three business days from date of processing.

Special Assistance

Should you require special assistance, please check the appropriate box when registering for the Annual Session and the ADA will contact you.  Wheelchairs will be available for use within the Hawaii Convention Center at no charge.  If you require a wheelchair for use outside of the Hawaii Convention Center, or a scooter, rentals are available by contacting ScootAround, Inc.
