Guest Rooms at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside
 Conference attendees are required to make their own hotel reservations. Special conference rates are offered at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside: $179 plus tax per night for single or double room accommodations. Please call Hilton Hotel reservations at (800) 445-8667, or you may call the hotel directly at (504) 561-0500. Don’t forget to mention that you are attending the ADA New Dentist Conference in order to receive the conference rate.
You may also make reservations online by visiting www.hilton.com . Use code “ADA” to receive the conference rate. The hotel reservation deadline is May 23, 2008. After this date, rooms will be offered on a space available basis and may not be available at the conference rate, if at all. Conference rates apply Wednesday, June 26 through Saturday, June 28. The Hilton New Orleans Riverside is the city’s only hotel located on the banks of the Mississippi River in the Warehouse and Art Districts, only four blocks from the historic French Quarter. Rental Cars & Parking
The Hilton New Orleans Riverside offers hotel guests valet parking for $31 per day or self-parking for $25 per day. Both include in and out privileges. If you prefer to rent a car, the American Dental Association offers a member discount with Hertz Rent-A-Car. Use the code CV# 02QD0017 to receive your ADA member discount. Discounts vary by location. Airline Travel Discounts
United Airlines
United Airlines is offering special meeting discounts for the American Dental Association. Simply call (or have your travel agent call) United’s Special Meeting Desk at 800-521-4041 and refer to Meeting ID Number 523RH to receive a 2-10% discount off applicable fares, including First Class. If you purchase your ticket at least 30 days prior to travel, you will receive an additional 5% discount. This special offer applies to travel on domestic segments of all United Airlines, United Express, TED and United code share flights operated by US Airways, US Airways Express and Air Canada. Childcare/Babysitting
The Hilton New Orleans Riverside does not provide babysitting services. However, it can provide the numbers of several licensed/bonded agencies in the New Orleans. If you are interested in obtaining this information, call the hotel concierge at 504-561-0500. Information on childcare services is provided for the convenience of conference participants. All arrangements for childcare services are the responsibility of the parents and the provider.
