Select Sign-up to enter program information for 2008. You may return frequently to update this information. Please note, we have not retained your 2007 information.

If you are participating in a group/society program (such as a dental society or community dental clinic or dental school), do not sign-up individually. Only the designated program contact should sign up on behalf of all the individuals participating in the group program. Sign-up individually if you are conducting your own program.

Update/Add/Delete:

• Update/Add information entered after
  initial sign-up for 2008 program.
• Delete entire program and all data previously entered. You will need your User ID to delete your program.
• If you misplaced your User ID, please send an email to gkas@ada.org.
