This program gives speakers the latest and most successful tactics for speaking engagements, and offers practical advice on such challenges as inattentive audiences, hecklers or failed equipment. This interactive audio and Web-based presentation allows you to follow along on the Internet while Dr. Wright shares the skills needed to give a great presentation.
