entered into a proposed settlement agreement
in connection with the ADA's lawsuit
against Aetna. The proposed settlement
agreement represents a significant victory
for both dentistry and the public. You
can learn about the lawsuit and proposed

the following documents. Additionally,
if you would like to listen to the ADA’s automated help-line,
which provides detailed information about
the lawsuit and proposed settlement,
or have any questions, ADA members should
