Aetna Lawsuit

The ADA and Aetna have entered into a proposed settlement agreement in connection with the ADA's lawsuit against Aetna. The proposed settlement agreement represents a significant victory for both dentistry and the public. You can learn about the lawsuit and proposed settlement in greater detail by viewing the following documents. Additionally, if you would like to listen to the ADA’s automated help-line, which provides detailed information about the lawsuit and proposed settlement, or have any questions, ADA members should call the member toll free number, x2396. All others should call 312-440-2396. Finally, you may e-mail the ADA directly with any questions at AetnaSettlement@ada.org. Please keep in mind that if you are a class member represented by an attorney, any communications with the ADA must be pursued through your attorney.
