Sign-Up Reports

These reports are access restricted and require a login with an ADA member and ID number. These reports, available to Dental Societies, provide a statewide list of GKAS programs that have registered through the ADA GKAS sign up system. 

Please remind GKAS programs in your area to go back into the sign up system following their events to provide final numbers. The data collected after these events is used to highlight to policymakers the on-going challenges that underserved children face in accessing oral health care, in addition to reporting back to our corporate sponsors to ensure continued product donations.

Logos

The Give Kids A Smile logo is available to dental societies for their use in promoting state and/or local events. To request the current GKAS logo for use in your program’s marketing materials, please fill out the request form and e-mail the completed form to gkas@ada.org.
