Practice Resources
Run your practice more efficiently and treat your patients more effectively with ADA practice resources. From patient education materials to practice management e-books, members save with ADA Catalog products. You also have access to unique resources that have been designed by members for members on important topics such as dental reimbursement, legal issues and contracts, dental products and much more.
The ADA’s newest practice resource – available exclusively to members – is the ADA Dental Practice Hub. To help you better navigate today’s economic climate, this Web resource highlights the most up-to-date information on how the economy is affecting dentistry in a straightforward format, with tools and tips to help you, your practice and your patients thrive today and into the future.
Third-Party Payer Complaints
If you wish to provide the ADA with information on challenges you’ve experienced with third-party payers, please complete a Third-Party Payer Complaint Form. NEW!
If you would like to speak with someone from the Council on Dental Benefit Programs about your concerns you may call 800-621-8099.
Code on Dental Procedures and Nomenclature
Accurate recording and reporting dental treatment is supported by use of the Code on Dental Procedures and Nomenclature (Code). The current version of the Code is published in the ADA’s CDT manual, which is available online at www.adacatalog.org or by calling 800-947-4746.
Use of the correct codes means quicker reimbursements for your practice. Should you have any questions concerning the Code or related matters please contact ADA’s Member Service Center (members: toll free number on your membership card; non-members: 312-440-2500), or send an E-mail to dentalcode@ada.org.
Direct Reimbursement Dental Plans
By promoting Direct Reimbursement Dental Plans to employers in your area, the ADA makes dental care more accessible and preserves freedom of choice for you and your patients. For more information, please visit our Direct Reimbursement pages.
