2023 Legislative and Regulatory Accomplishments

Efforts to educate lawmakers are highlighted in 2023’s yearly review of the ADA’s lobbying efforts on Capitol Hill, with the Administration, and in the state legislatures around the country. The ADA’s actions to protect dentists and patients by, for example, working with Congress to bolster the dental and medical workforce and increase access to health care and the continued efforts to improve the dental insurance landscape were some of the many accomplishments in 2023.
